Kaynine 1/4" Thick Vault Door

There are many reasons to purchase a vault door. Maybe you want to lock up your guns and belongings and need more room than a traditional safe. Or you want a place to secure your family in the event of a threat or storm. No matter your reason, we have a secure vault door made in the USA in Fresno, California, by Kaynine Safes.

The Kaynine 1/4" Thick Vault Door has outside dimensions of 80.00" high by 36.00" wide and is made of 1/4" solid steel. Here are some of the other options available.

• Outswing Door - This means the door swings out. This would be used for a gun room or secure room for your guns and valuables. 
• Inswing Door - This means the door swings into the room. This can be used as a storm shelter or panic room. If debris were to fall in front of the door, you could still get out. 
• Right or Left-Hand Hinges - Depending on how you build your room, you may want the hinges on one side or the other.  When looking at the door from the outside, the right-hand swing is hinges on the right. The left-hand swing would mean hinges on the left. 
• A panic room package is included at no extra charge. This means you can lock yourself in the vault room in an emergency, and nobody can get into the room. The unique locking mechanism allows you to override the digital lock if you need to get out. 
• There are two frame styles available - four-sided frame or three-sided frame. The three-sided frame does not have a threshold.  It is built with a removable bar to keep the vault door square, but it can be removed once installed. Those holes can be used as another bolt-down location. 

The outside of the Kaynine 1/4" Thick Vault Door is painted a black textured finish. If you would like a different color, please call 800-207-2259, and we can order that. A digital electronic lock protects the outside. This allows you to change the combination anytime and gives you quick access. The door opens from the outside with a 5-spoke handle. The inside wall panel color is dark charcoal.
