Update: I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reorder it. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong larger size AGAIN. I do not recommend this product, as the company is apparently unable to accurately describe or manufacture it.The box itself looks great. However, the sign is at least twice as tall as the sign shown in the description. This sign is almost a foot tall but it says it should be 7” tall in the product description. I’m really disappointed because it won’t fit where I was planning on using it, and honestly, since the sign is almost 3 times as tall as the box itself, it looks a bit ridiculous. Guess I’ll have to return it.The back the slides down into the box in the back does not fit snug in place. It pops out easy and you can access the money even with the lock on which defeats the purpose of the lock. I use a little bit of glue from a glue gun to create a extra layer so when I slide it in it don't budge.Using this for my businesses, we have to chain the jars down due to people stealing tip cups so these work perfectly. We just thread a link chain through the lock. Locks are small and flimsy but they work fine. Not expecting they will last forever but the size and price were great - just what we wanted!First of all, I love love love the fact that we were able to get this in purple! The packing was great, and it came in perfect condition. My only concern is the size. I wish it was bigger. I knew it would be small, but it's really small--- like it could be a good business card collector small. It is cute, and we will be keeping it for smaller events. I should say that I was looking for something that people could put drawing slips in, not a typical collection box. So this review is written with that in mind. I did try to use the measurements that were provided prior to purchasing. It was just hard to get a good feel.I use it with my high school students to put in alerts when they have submitted work late or want me to regrade something. I'd love it if iwas a bit taller and the opening a bit longer but it works for my purpose. You can lock if you need to and it's easy to open without the contents spilling out like some designs would do.Product is used to place in local businesses to collect donations for "Care Bears Program". Care Bears are given to children in any stressful situation, perhaps an auto accident, fire or some unseen disaster that they or a family member might be involved in. The Care Bears are given out by our Local Police, Firemen or Emergency personnel.These boxes are sturdy, have good locks in the back and are small enough to place on the counters of local businesses to collect the funds.Bought this to use at work so my employees would have a durable, safe, clear, lockable Tip Box with a place to put a sign so guest would be able to leave them tips at the Bar. This box is acrylic, clear, lockable, with a slot on top so money can be placed in it securely. I has a section on top where a personalized sign can be placed and I highly recommend. It was just what I was looking for as a tip box.The green is much darker than the picture. Otherwise it works well!Good
