UPDATE: I purchased another one to fit my truck, 2011 Silverado 2500. So I have purchased 2 of these to replace both latches in my sons 1500, and my truck. I did purchase the black one instead of the silver one, like our trucks had originally. I did this because the reviews for the silver colored latch stated that the silver did not match the OEM. So I went ahead and replaced our OEM latches with the black ones. And they look super! Highly recommended!This was a perfect fit and works exactly as intended. Took me all of about 10 minutes to install.
